Territory Manager (m/f/d) Belgium
The ideal candidate is responsible for raising awareness and accomplishing sales of the product in the respective region. They drive, implement, and develop market strategies with the objective to improve market share and profitability.
Essential Job Functions and Accountabilities:
- Responsible for sales and ongoing support of the product to promote consistent utilization
- Accountable for achieving assigned sales objectives
- Increase utilization and awareness in the respective territory in both – the existing customer base and new accounts
- Plan and execute product trainings and introductions for physicians and hospital staff
- Serve as a partner and advisor to Key Opinion Leaders in the region
- Train and fit patients with the device and provide technical support
- Represent the company at key exhibitions and conventions
- Collaborate closely with Sales Manager Benelux
- Maintain database of accounts and submit activity reports
Your qualification:
- Bachelor in Health Sciences or comparable degree or medical background such as nurse, etc.
- At least 3 years of sales experience - ideally in the cardiology sector
- Goal-oriented, with a strong hands-on mentality and persistent approach
- Willingness to travel frequently throughout the territory and internationally as required
Self-motivated and ability to work autonomously
- Flexible attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Team player
- Preferably living in the South, South-West, West or Mid of Netherlands
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
