Our client is a globally recognized manufacturer of premium dental and dental laboratory equipment. Known for innovation and the broadest product portfolio in the dental market, their solutions support professionals across restorative dentistry, surgery, endodontics, and prophylaxis.
Essential Job Functions and Accountabilities:
Manage and develop customer accounts in the Netherlands, supported by an experienced Sales Manager
- Serve as Account Manager for a diverse customer base, including dental suppliers, dentists, dental laboratories, clinics, and universities
- Act as the primary point of contact for all customer-related matters within the assigned sales territory
- Acquire new customers and actively expand the existing customer network
- Represent the company at trade fairs, congresses, and industry events
- Participate in structured onboarding and product training at the company’s headquarters
- Accompany experienced field sales colleagues to gain hands-on experience and build strong customer relationships
- Develop in-depth product knowledge through practical field training
Your qualification:
Quick learner with the ability to adapt rapidly to new tasks and responsibilities
- Acts as a reliable and trustworthy point of contact for customers
- Excellent communication skills with a confident, professional, and customer-oriented demeanor
- Based centrally within the assigned sales territory to ensure timely and responsive customer support
- Holds a valid driver’s license
- Fluent in Dutch and either English or German
- Previous experience in dental sales is an advantage but not required
- Background as a dental assistant, dental hygienist, or dental laboratory technician is beneficial, but not mandatory
