MEDDEXS is an international recruitment agency, which supports companies searching for Professionals and Executives in the life science industry. On behalf of our client we are currently seeking an Account Manager (m/f/d) in Berlin and vicinity focused on providing solutions for pulmonary embolism.
Account Manager (m/f/d) Berlin
The ideal candidate is responsible for raising awareness and accomplishing sales of the product in the greater Berlin area. They drive, implement, and develop market strategies with the objective to improve market share and profitability.
Essential Job Functions and Accountabilities:
- Develop and maintain profound knowledge of relevant technologies and competitor products
- Responsible for sales and procedural support
- Lead through training sessions for clinical staff to ensure the safe and effective use of products
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through outstanding service and support
- Develop and apply strategies to improve patient flow and the use of therapies
- Collaborate with customers to create and implement business strategies that enhance product utilization
- Provide regular reports and retain accurate records
- Represent the company and promote the product reputation
Your qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or at least 6 years in sales experience
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant expertise in the medical device sector
- Education or training in a clinical or scientific specialty
- In-depth understanding of healthcare systems in the relevant geography
- Ability to work independently
Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong time management
- Team player
- Preferably living in the greater Berlin area
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
