Customer Service Manager (m/f/d) EMEA
The ideal candidate is a goal-oriented leader who oversees and manages the Customer Service Department across the EMEA region, ensuring seamless escalation, regulatory excellence, and developing in-house standards. With a passion for innovation and collaboration, you build strong partnerships with key stakeholders and optimize processes related to customer orientation.
Essential Job Functions and Accountabilities:
- Oversee the Customer Service department for direct markets (France, Germany, Austria) and distributor markets (all other countries in the EMEA region)
- Manage 3 Team Leaders with a total department of 26 people
- Drive and develop all task related to our Customer Service like Order management, Order fulfilment, Customer feedback management and Tender management
- Responsible for internal and external escalations from customers and other stakeholders
- Supervise the continued development of processes and in-house standards
- Responsible for the maintenance and accuracy of customer master data inside our ERP system
- Crisis and backlog management
- Regular communication and extension of existing KPI’s
Your qualification:
- University degree in a commercial-, supply chain- or related area or equivalent education
- At least 5 years of experience in Customer Service and 3 years in leading Team Leaders and employees in an intercultural setting
- Extensive experience in working with medical products or other products following quality regulations
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills to different levels
- Fluent in German, English and ideally in French
- Strong understanding and experience in MS Office Tools
