Associate Account Manager (m/f/d) South-West
The ideal candidate collaborates with local Account Managers and Regional Managers to enhance sales support. This involves offering case support, cultivating customer relationships, and increasing awareness of the company's range of products.
Essential Job Functions and Accountabilities:
- Build and strengthen relationships with healthcare providers within the assigned region
- Lead through training sessions for clinical staff to ensure the safe and effective use of products
- Promote the use of advanced medical solutions for venous conditions
- Create and implement strategies to optimize patient flow and therapy utilization
- Work closely with clients to develop and execute business strategies that increase product adoption
- Ensure optimal use of products and a high level of customer satisfaction
- Submit regular reports and maintain precise records
Your qualification:
- Experience in clinical support or sales within the medical device industry
- Capability to work independently and manage a territory effectively
- Strong communication and presentation abilities
- Excellent relationship-building skills and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
- Willingness to travel within the designated region
